These Terms govern your use of Ayla Finance, provided by Ayla Software Ltd. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
What Ayla Finance provides
Ayla Finance is a personal finance tracking tool. It helps you record transactions, manage recurring bills, set budgets, view reports, attach receipt images, and create encrypted backups.
Not financial advice
The app provides organisation and reporting tools only. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, credit, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using the app.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your device and master password secure, and for retaining backup recovery passphrases. Ayla Software Ltd. cannot recover a forgotten master password or backup passphrase.
Backups and data loss
The app provides encrypted backup and restore tools, but you are responsible for creating and protecting backups. Keep more than one backup in a location you control when your data matters to you.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonably necessary. We aim to preserve compatibility with supported encrypted backups, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every future device, Android version, or third-party file provider.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Disclaimer and limitation
Ayla Finance is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ayla Software Ltd. is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, missed reminders, device failure, lost passwords, lost backups, or decisions made using the app.
